Battlefield Bad Company 2 - What do you think?

What do you think of the release of Battlefield: Bad Company 2? I think it is awesome, the graphics look incredible, the team work you need to put in to succeed in the game is good, joining squads etc.

However the server connectivity issues are really pissing me off at the moment, from @OfficialBC2 tweets there sorting out any xbox problems first, which seems wrong because people are paying huge sums of money for game servers, where most people cannot join to play on them.

What do you think?

Ban Appeal Form

We have set up a ban appeal form which keeps the whole process private and away from eyes of the rest of the community for your privacy. All you need to do is click the link in the navigation bar at the top of the forums, fill out the form, and submit! The form will be sent too all the server admins registered on this forum.

If you have any questions or suggestions, you can still use this ban appeal section, however any ban appeals posted here will be ignored, you have to use the form found in the link above.

Changing and Updates

Community Gamer is changing again, you may have noticed the Blog already has a new theme, and some changes have been made to the forum. However I may be ditching this forum and starting a new one from fresh, either using SMF 2.0 or MyBB, still not sure, but I have to create it so the forum can be easily, and neatly embed into the wordpress Blog.

These forums can still be used, but may not be very active. I will keep you updated.

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy some type of business accounting software.
At this point, Im looking at (not in any particular order):

Simply Accounting
QuickBooks
MS Money
Plus 12

I've read many reviews and tried to find relavent info to my use, but haven't found much/couldn't get a clear idea.

I need this software to be able to do two main things, anthing else would be an extra. In order of importance:

1. Print out checks on my lexmark x63 printer.
2. Allow for connection to the web for Direct Deposit.

Thanks for any experiences or suggestions offered.

Hi I am Mysterio Dark, I usually respond to 'Dark'.

I'm a massive fan of the as yet unreleased The Secret World. I think it has loads of potential and already the released info about it is just awesome. I like it so much that I have just opened Cabal Hub.

Players of TSW choose 1 of 3 factions, Dragon, Templar or Illuminati. The groups associated with the factions are called cabals. So in the limitations of my wisdom I founded a place where all players and all cabal leaders can coincide. The reason I did this was because the official forums does not provide this and it is like looking through a plate of spaghetti for strand of wool to find the right cabal.

So I wonder if you have a TSW thread as yet or are you going to wait until the game is released?

Sorry about being quiet past week or so, Iv had to send my PC in for a fix, possibly a new motherboard.. and while iv spent Â£50 to send it back to Bolton, Im getting a new CPU Cooler too.

Not sure what is happening with Hosting-Shack at the moment, but there may be some difficulties paying for their servers, hopefully it will be ok, but I may end up trying to find a new host until Rob @ Hosting-Shack can get it back up and running.

Something else I want to do is try a new piece of web software, so far I have tryed boonex dolphin, which is free, but the extensions and themes are not, so that a bit crap.. I want the forums and blog to be in the same 'thing' instead of having too separate software. I think everything now is just too messy and I want to change it. This probably wont start until the hosting is sorted, fingers crossed Hosting-Shack will be ok, they have been a great help and providing the best service on web hosting, radio hosting, and paying for my DNS thing so my domain works with their name servers.

Having Windows Update problem.

Windows Update will not install 4 important updates. I have tried updating manually with no luck. Windows Update is giving me the following Error Code: Code 800B0100. Has anyone encountered this same problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Cisco's virtual server game

I'm wonder that they are thinking that they can beat HP or other big players on their field. Of course, they will sell some server. But the big time from Cisco is over. They just can grow if they are buying new companies.

And because of they economy I'm expecting more than 10% lay off's for the next six month. Furthermore they business for Cisco is going down at least -35% visa plan.

Last but not least they are not trustful for me anymore. There are several reason: E.g, they faked ratings on their Website, although meanwhile ratings are not longer possible.
